Lake LBJ Resort is on a protected cove of Lake LBJ in Sunrise Beach, Texas
Lake LBJ Resort & Marina is on a hillside with parking at each level so that it is easy to access your car for loading purposes. It is also easy to look down to the lake and watch the boats come and go from the marina. The pool patio is located on the middle level, one flight of steps up from the lake level. Lake Side Cottage - 1600 sq. ft.
Can accommodate up to 10 guests in 2 bedrooms (BR 1 with King, BR 2
with a Full and 2 Twins) and a Queen Sleeper as well as a Twin Trundle in the
huge Texas-size living room with separate dining area. This suite features a
full size kitchen in it's own room. This suite is next to the pool and can be
connected to the Romantic Getaway Suite.

Sandy Beach Cabin - 1000 sq. ft.
Can accommodate up to 8 guests in 2 bedrooms (BR 1 with 2 Queen, BR 2 with
2 Fulls and a Twin Bunk over one of the Fulls). Large Living Room with a
full Kitchen integrated. Overlooks the Pool with a great view over the lake.

Hill Country Lodge - 1200 sq. ft.
Can accommodate up to 10 guests in 2 bedrooms (BR
1 with 2 Fulls, BR 2 with 2 Fulls and 2 Twin Bunks) with a large TX
size living room with integrated full Kitchen. Overlooks the Pool with view to
the lake.

Romantic Getaway - 600 sq. ft.
Can accommodate 2 guests in 1 BR (1 King) with lounging area. This suite
features an oversized Jacuzzi in the bath room, as well as a separate wet bar
area with microwave, toaster and fridge. This Suite can connect to the Lakeside
Cottage.

LBJ Presidential Suite - 2200+ sq. ft.
Can accommodate up to 12 guests in 3 bedrooms (1 BR with 1 King,
1 BR with 2 Fulls, 1 BR with a Twin Bunk, 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas
in the Den). Very large Living Room with a full Kitchen as well as a Dining
Room. Private Balcony with BBQ grill. Overlooks the Lake with a great
view ..

RENTAL POLICIES
Weekends require a 2-night minimum stay, holiday periods a 3-night minimum stay - please call us for details. A 30% deposit will secure your reservation. In the event that due to unforeseen circumstances you need to cancel: up to 30 days in advance - full deposit refund. Up to 15 days in advance, we will refund 50% of the deposit. Up to 10 days - no deposit refund. Within 10 days, suite charges are due in full, unless we can rent to alternate guests, in which case we will refund all deposited monies.
