We also offer Pontoon Boat as well as Ski Boat and Jet-Ski Rentals.

Our Restaurant with Full Bar - Boater's Bistro - is open daily from 11:00 am - 10:00 pm and offers Lunch as well as Dinner in a perfect lakeside casual atmosphere.

Our property goes right up to the lake with permanent bulk heading, docks, and boathouses. We are in a calm cove about the middle of Lake LBJ, which is 12 miles long before it becomes two rivers. There's calm water right out front in Sandy Creek or wide open water about ½ mile out at the center of Lake LBJ. Most guests leave their boat in the water for their stay with us. We have ramps for jet skis, and boat rentals at our marina. A boat ramp and fishing docks make the lake access as easy as walking down a flight of steps.

Our Lake LBJ Resort & Marina is directly on Lake LBJ and features group-sized Suites with full Kitchens. Suite sizes range from 600 sft to 2200+ sft each, 2 of our suites can be connected.

We also offer a great pool (8 ft deep), outdoor grills, a grill restaurant, docks for great fishing, a small convenience store and a marina with fuel service as well as Boat and Jet-Ski rentals.

Sunrise Beach is a community of nice homes on the south side of Lake LBJ. The south side of Lake LBJ has only a couple of other non-residential properties making for less congestion. There's only ranch land to our south , so wildlife is abundant with deer, fox, bobcats, birds and butterflies attracted to our gardens.
